Precision Rolled Strip
Elgiloy operates multiple rolling mills, furnaces; slitting and edging lines which support the rolling mill operation. The rolling mills are Sendzimir type 20 high configurations with automatic gauge control incorporating SPC diagnostics. The rolling mills and furnaces are calibrated on a regular schedule ensuring consistency. See our vast inventory of alloys which we normally stock, ready to process. Elgiloy also offers strip processing as a toll/conversion service.

All furnaces operate as bright annealing furnaces with shielded gases
