Drawn Wire & Bar

Elgiloy offers round wire, cut to length, centerless ground bar and shaped wire. Wet drawn wire is also available for finer sizes. These forms are available in over forty nickel, nickel-cobalt, titanium and stainless steel alloys. Material can be ordered to a specific specification or drawn to most tempers from annealed to spring. Several coatings are available to aid in forming. Wire shaving and polishing for those critical applications is available for wire rod conditioning prior to drawing. Elgiloy also offers wire processing as a toll/conversion service.

Length varies by diameter. Standard is 2 feet to 12 feet, specials to 24 feet.
